Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by China Shopping & Sourcing Services, a service by One Hammer Tech.

Service

We act as your purchasing and sourcing agent in China. We obtain quotations from suppliers and purchase goods on your behalf once you approve the cost in writing.

Quotations

Prices and shipping costs depend on suppliers, exchange rates and carrier rates, and may change. Any figure we provide is a quotation valid for the period stated, not a fixed guaranteed price.

Restricted Goods

We do not handle goods that are illegal or restricted to export, import or ship. You are responsible for confirming that your purchase complies with the laws of your country.

Liability

We work to verify suppliers and orders, but we are not the manufacturer and cannot guarantee third-party product quality. Our liability is limited to the service fee we charge.
